This policy applies to online purchases made on [DOMAIN] and describes the statutory right of withdrawal (returns) for consumers under Romanian and EU rules.

Who can use the statutory withdrawal right
The statutory 14-day withdrawal right generally applies to consumers (individuals acting outside their trade/business/profession). If you purchase as a business/sole trader for professional purposes, the statutory withdrawal right may not apply.

The 14-day period
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person you designate) acquire physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.
To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal notice before the 14 days expire. After you inform us, you must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day you notified us.

How to start a return

We recommend including: your name, order/invoice number, the items you are returning, the delivery/receipt date, and contact details. The form is a processing tool; it is not the only legal way to withdraw, as long as your notice is clear and sent on time.

Review and approval
After receiving your request, we verify that it is within the statutory time limit and that we can identify the order/items. This review does not limit your statutory rights; it is necessary to provide correct return instructions. If accepted, we will email you return instructions and a return AWB/label.

Returns without a prior request
Items sent back without a prior request and without using our provided label/instructions may be refused or may delay processing, because we may not be able to match the parcel to your order.

Where returns are sent

If returning via the stated drop-off point is not possible for certain parcels, we will provide an alternative option in the return instructions.

Return shipping costs
We cover the direct cost of return shipping, provided you use the return label/AWB we supply and follow our return instructions.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) parcels for returns.

Condition of goods and diminished value
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
To avoid any diminished value, please return items (where possible) unworn/unused, without signs of wear, in the original packaging and with all accessories/security elements provided. Proof of purchase (order/invoice number) is required for identification.

Packaging and transit
Please pack the goods securely to prevent damage in transit and keep proof of drop-off until the return is confirmed as received.

Wrong, defective or damaged items
If you received the wrong item or the item is defective/damaged, contact us as soon as possible at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with relevant photos. Statutory conformity/legal guarantee rights are separate from the withdrawal right and are not limited by this policy.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded in the cases provided by law, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., engraved or made-to-order items).
For health protection/hygiene reasons, certain sealed goods may become non-returnable if unsealed after delivery, where this exception applies to the specific product (for example certain sealed piercing jewelry/earrings if the seal is broken).
If you are unsure, contact us before ordering or before initiating a return.

Exchanges
If you want a different item/model/size, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a separate new order (subject to stock). If you want a direct exchange solution, email us and we will advise the available options.

Refunds
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy: [REFUND POLICY LINK]. In any event, the statutory deadline and legal conditions apply (including that the refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until you provide evidence of dispatch, as applicable).
