Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods (campaigns/holidays) or for products that require additional preparation (as stated on the product page), processing may take longer and we will communicate the estimated timeline.

Products are shipped subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to offer one of the following: waiting for restock, replacement with a similar item (only with your consent), or partial/full cancellation.
Shipping methods and estimated delivery times
Romania: courier delivery and, where available, delivery to a pickup point/locker. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.
All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, peak periods, weather conditions, carrier capacity, or other events outside our control. Unless otherwise agreed with you, delivery is made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, as required by applicable law.

Incorrect address or failed delivery
